Chicken Supreme

This recipe is great for a big family or split it into two pans and make one for yourself and one for a friend.

6 chicken breasts
6 slices of Swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
3 TBL orange juice
1 box of stuffing mix
butter

Preheat to 350 degrees. Take a 9x13 pan or 2 8x8 pans and spray with cooking spray. Place chicken in the dish and add the cheese slices on top. In a large bowl, mix together the soups, sour cream, and orange juice and then pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top. If you'd like you can cut up some butter and dot the top of the stuffing mix. I usually omit this step to not add extra fat. Cover the pan(s) with foil and put in the oven for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
