Asian Ginger Dressing

Beni Hana is one of my favorite restaurants, and I especially love their Ginger Dressing. I found a recipe for it, and my husband and I were excited that it tasted just like it. Give it a try, it's really good!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion (I used white)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP water
1 TBSP chopped fresh ginger
1 TBSP chopped celery
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 1/2 - 2 tsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
-Combine all ingredients in a blender and process till almost smooth
-Refridgerate any unused portion
