Meatloaf

This is my mother in-laws recipe and it's so good. I am a big, big fan of comfort food, and this with the glazed carrots and twice baked potatoes (below) is a perfect meal. Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
dash of dried thyme
dash of dried marjoram
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350*
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
-Place in a bread pan, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
-Mix sauce while waiting
-When the meatloaf is done, remove foil, pour sauce over the top, and return to oven for another 15 minutes. *We usaully save some of the sauce to eat with our meatloaf.

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
-1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

*This does make a lot, so if you want you can cut the recipe in half, or freeze half of it for later.
